Yes, you’ve read that title correctly. it is no mistake: Mosaics Lab has indeed won the Best of Houzz Award for the third consecutive time: And we didn’t even have to go owl-worshiping in Bohemian Grove! I mean, they called, but we flat-out said: “NO!” Yes, we even yelled. We didn’t even have to sell our souls to the Devil! I mean we did consider giving up Emily from Administration Department, but we gave up on it. When the creepy suit-dude eventually called we said: “No.” We didn’t quite yell cuz he has a scary aura around him, but we were pretty adamant about it. All we had to do to win was be good to our customers, which we already are, so no biggie.
The competition included over 3 million active home building, remodeling, and design industry professionals and we won. Mosaics Lab was chosen by the millions of homeowners that comprise the renowned Houzz community for its unparalleled Customer Service. The competition was difficult, they called us names, gave us stink-eyes, and one of them even tried to snatch our wig, but we prevailed… No, they didn’t. They were all gracious about it, but this sounds more fun. Also, we won, so we are allowed to rewrite history. *wink wink
All jokes aside, Best of Houzz awards are given annually, in three categories: Design, Photography, and Customer Service. Design and Photography awards honor professionals whose work was the most popular among the Houzz community. Customer Service honors are based on several factors, including a professional’s overall rating on Houzz and client reviews submitted in 2022. Needless to say, we always strive to give our customers solely the best experience and that is why our profile is honored with a “Best of Houzz 2023” badge.
